Gavin Ander is the Finance Manager of Sommerville Disability Support Services.He is responsible for ALL Sommerville's finances and Stepping Stones Preschool and the Ministry of Education contract. He has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience which he puts to good use to ensure that the Society operates in a fiscaly efficient manner.
However this is not Gavin's first stint with the organization. Between 1986 and 1989, when the organization was then “The Wanganui Branch of the Crippled Children Society” Gavin was the minibus driver and computer tutor. He left to pursue an accounting degree and stated that “he would return”.
Gavin interests include his wife and seven children, motor cycles and working voluntary with young people.
